Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Anora London. We want you to love your new clothing. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Customers) In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving their items for any reason.

2. Return Windows & Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

  • Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to safely post the package back to us.

  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them. They must have all original tags and labels attached, and be completely free of makeup, deodorant stains, or odors.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and bodysuit items where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

  • Pierced earrings and jewelry.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.

4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Process Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty clothing item, please contact us immediately at hello.anoralondon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault so we can resolve it for you right away.
